I just can’t even with this.
I mean, I kind of saw it coming, but I still wasn’t prepared.
The premise behind this heart-strings-pulling Spanish IKEA commercial (with English subtitles) is that children are asked to write a letter to the Three Kings, or, as we would do, Santa, requesting all kinds of stuff for Christmas.
The kids gleefully write in kid-speak about the toys they want.
Then, the kids are asked to write a letter to their parents, asking them for a gift for Christmas.
Cue the tears.
Anyway, this has sufficiently changed my thoughts about what we’ll be doing this holiday season. How about you?
